Faculty Bio



Russ’s primary interests include the study of the texts of the Scriptures in their contexts, the Hebrew language, Jewish Liturgy and Holidays, and the Jewish essence of the New Covenant (B’rit Hadashah) Writings and Christian faith.  He was in full-time ministry for nearly two decades, first as a Pastor with the CMA and then with the UMJC as the Congregational Leader of Tikvat Yisrael Congregation in Cleveland, Ohio.
